Terms of Service

By creating an account or booking a court through HIT&EAT, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

A booking is confirmed once payment is completed or, for cash bookings made at the counter, once staff record the payment. Prices are displayed before you confirm a booking.

All bookings are final. Once a slot is booked it is reserved for you and cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded. Please confirm the date, time, and court carefully before booking. For exceptional situations, speak to our staff at the facility counter.

You're responsible for following our house rules and treating staff, equipment, and other players with respect. In particular:

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed — snacks and beverages are available at our cafeteria.
• Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
• Non-marking sports shoes are recommended on all courts.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your slot; play time ends at the scheduled slot end.
• Management is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings.
• Abusive language, disruptive behaviour, or damage to equipment may lead to removal from the facility without refund.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Play at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, HIT&EAT isn't responsible for injuries or property loss arising from your use of the facility.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
