We share booking details (your name and contact number) with the venue you book so they can identify you on arrival. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain account and booking data for as long as your account is active, and as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

You can review and update your profile information at any time from your dashboard. To request deletion of your account or data, contact us at privacy@hitandeat.example.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
